Deposit/Payment

We do not hold a puppy without a deposit.

If you would like to meet a puppy before placing a deposit we can set up a time / date, however the puppy will remain available until I receive a call from you stating that you are on your way at which point I will hold the puppy for a reasonable amount of time for you to arrive and see the puppy.

If you would like to place a deposit over the phone I would need to e-mail or fax our health certificate / sales contract (a sample copy is below) for you to sign and send back before running your credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover.

Conditions of Purchase/ Health Guarantee This puppy/dog is warranted to be free of disease and defect (unless otherwise noted below) and does not appear clinically ill from parasitic infestions. Buyer must have a letter from a licensed veterinarian, if found to have any disorder or serious disease to exchange puppy/dog for one of equal value, at once, or when one is available. Newly purchased puppy/dog must be taken to a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of purchase. Within 2 business days of a vet’s certification of illness, or death, buyer must notify the seller in writing. Within 1 year of purchase, if a licensed veterinarian determines that your puppy/dog has a congenital or hereditary defect which adversely affects the animal’s health, you have the same options, unless knowingly purchasing said defects. We reserve the right to a second opinion from a licensed veterinarian of our choice. This contract shall be interpreted under Pennsylvania law, regardless of the residence of Buyer, or place of delivery of the canine for the convenience of Buyer. Buyer agrees to keep the puppy/dog current on worming, immunizations, and medical care it might need. This puppy is sold as a pet, there is no guarantee for the adult disposition, confirmation, or breeding ability of puppy. There is no way to determine the exact adult size of the puppy, (we can only make estimates based on the size of the parents & grand-parents) therefore we cannot guarantee the puppy’s adult size. The breeder assumes no responsibility for this puppy after leaving premises, including but not limited to medical expenses, shipping costs, mortality (including injuries), landlords disapproval, allergies, disagreement of a family member. Buyer agrees this puppy / dog is a retail sale only. Buyer also agrees that he / she is not a broker, agent for a pet store or in any way affiliated with the buying and resale of this puppy / dog. GUARANTEE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THIS DOG HAS BEEN EXAMINED BY A VETERINARIAN. THE PURCHASER IS ENCOURAGED TO HAVE THIS DOG EXAMINED BY VETERINARIAN AS SOON AFTER PURCHASE AS IS FEASIBLE.

Deposit / Payment Information The NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $ needs to be made on in order to reserve the above named puppy. The balance on the puppy must be paid by with Cash or Credit Card. If the balance is not paid by the seller reserves the right to place the puppy up for sale. It is at the sellers discretion to refund the deposit if any unforeseen circumstances arise.
